Best Trek in Himalayas

If you love trekking then I'm gonna tell you Best Trek in Himalayas. Best Trek of HImalaya are located in different country. If you are traveling to Tibet, Bhutan or Nepal, no trip is complete without going close to at least one main peak in the Himalayas.

Himalaya Mountains

The Himalayan mountain is about 2500 kilometers / 1565 miles through northern India, Pakistan, Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Nine of the world's ten highest peaks are located here, including Mt. Everest. The word Himalaya means "abode of snow" in Sanskrit. Many of Asia's most important rivers have their sources in the Himalayan Mountains including the Indus, the Ganges and the Brahmaputra. The Himalayas have snow and ice deposits in the world's third largest planet. Only Antarctic and Arctic have more. In all, the Himalayas are home to around 15,000 glaciers.

Probably the most popular reason for people to visit Tibet and Nepal is the world's highest and most spectacular mountain range. No trip to Tibet or Nepal is complete without seeing the Himalayas, especially Mt. Everest. There is something about seeing the world's highest peaks that cannot be described right now .It needs to be experienced! A misconception is that Everest or other peaks of the Himalayas are just outside Lhasa or Kathmandu and this is not true. The Himalayas are still a little far from the city! To reach Nepal-side Everest Base Camp, you will have to trek for about a week from Lukla village. To reach Everest's Tibet-side base camp, you'll need at least 2 or 3 days with another 2 days of driving in Lhasa.

A good view of the peak can be seen along the Friendship Highway from Tong La Pass. The Tong La Pass rises to 5150 meters and on a clear day, the mountain views are great.

Cho Oyu seen from near Gokyo, Nepal View of Cho Oyu, Old Tingri, is the 6th highest peak from Tibet Cho Oyu is the sixth highest peak on the planet and rises to 8201 m / 26,906 ft. It is located along the border of Tibet and Nepal, although it is climbed from the Tibet side. Excellent views of Cho Oyu can be had from Gokyo, a small village in the Himalayas of Nepal, accessible only by trekking. Gokyo trek is one of the most beautiful trekking routes in the Himalayas. Starting and ending in Lukla, it takes about 12 days to complete and offers stunning mountain views.

The city of Old Tingri, Tibet also offers a good view of this huge peak. From Old Tingri, you can drive 3 hours to reach the base camp from where the mountain starts speeding up. Cho Oyu is considered to be the least difficult of the 14 peaks of the planet rising above 8000 meters. Cho Oyu was first held in October 1954. Makalu, 5th highest peak in the world Makalu is the most beautiful of the 14 peaks, reaching 8000 meters or more. It is located 19 kilometers / 12 miles from Mount Everest and is situated at an altitude of 8485 meters / 27,838 feet on the Tibet-Nepal border. It was first summited in 1955. Mount everest Everest and other Himalayan giants seen in Nepal with black stone Everest can be seen from both sides of Nepal and the Himalayas. Both sides are amazing. From a small mountain of black rock in Nepal, you get an extensive view of Everest with Changtse, Naptse and Pumori. In my opinion, there is no view of the Himalayas better than Kala Patthar

To reach Kala Patthar, you need to start from the small village of Lukla. From Lukla, it will take about 7 or 8 days trekking to reach Gorak Shep, the nearest village of both Kala Patthar and Nepal-Pak Everest Base Camp. From Gorak Sheep, the height of Kala Pathar ranges from 90 minutes to 2 hours, which is 5545 m / 18,192 feet. Explain that from the Nepal-Pak Everest Base Camp, you cannot really see Everest, although the nearby Kala Pathar has very nice views. If you are looking for a clear, unobstructed view of Everest, the view of Tibet is where it is! Unlike the Nepal side, Everest does not require any trekking to reach Tibet. There is a road leading to the base camp at an altitude of 5200 meters / 17,060 feet. From here, you get an excellent, clear view of the world's highest peak. It is important to take time out before setting up for the Tibet-side base camp. I recommend taking at least 2 or 3 days to acclimatize in Lhasa before going to greater altitude.
